Emergency First Aid at Work (1 day)
This one day course is required for most job roles. Participants will benefit from a 3 years certificate which will be recognised throughout the UK.
This course has lots of practicals skills on manikins and with other participants, it's fun and interactive which makes it a great learning environment.
The syllabus in this course covers:
- Common medical conditions causing unconsciousness and treatments.
- Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Automatic External Defibrillator course (AED)
- Primary and Secondary survey of scene and casualty
- Recovery position in unconscious and breathing casualties.
- Treating burns, fractures and bleeds.
One day course with 3 years qualification.
