With my busy work life and TV programs, it is often hard to keep fit. I exercise with Omar a couple of times a week to help me with my fitness levels and to distress from a busy shift in the kitchen.
It is a great feeling going through the workout and Omar makes it fun and enjoyable.
Knowing that I have worked hard also boost my confidence before my TV appearances.

Omar has been such a great help, he has talked me through all nutrition stuff and dos and don'ts.
I work shifts so I used to eat irregular meals and portion control was almost impossible.
Since Omar analysed my food diary things have been looking up and I now know what to avoid and what time is best to eat my meals. Also portion control is easier as I plan my meals better.
I also tried FIT & FUN Meal replacements to keep calories down and the weight started to drop off me, especially around the stubborn mid-section!

I was picked as part of Omar's Summer Transformation Project and what a change! I soon discovered that my fitness was not as good as I thought but Omar told me I was going to be fine. Having someone so positive about it gave me a kick start and the confidence I needed to make the change. I followed Omar's program for just over 2 months and I am so proud of my new me.
I cannot hide it was hard at the beginning but things got easier and easier and the resutls came fast.

In spring 2013 I asked friends if they wanted to take part of a project. They would get FREE Personal Training and nutrition guidance throughout the summer if I could publish the results on my website to prove that training with me works.
I had 23 people asking to be picked and after several questions asked to all, I finally found the perfect candidate, Ben.

 

Ben works shifts and used to find hard to get a routine that included adequate meals and regular exercise. I've known him for 7 years now and we met for our first Personal Training Session on the 1st of July 2013. Over 10 weeks Ben followed my exercise program to get rid of his belly and build lean muscle tissue. Ben also made small but essential adjustments to his nutrition to help with the muscle growth. As Ben was to relocate to Australia soon after the project I knew there was no time to waste helping him to achieve his goals.

 

I am very proud with his results and I am thankful to have found Ben as candidate; he has worked very hard and push himself to the limit through good and bad days and worked around injuries to get where he wanted to be. Determination and strong will are the key.

Ben has become fitter and thinner!

-Lost a total of 7.5 cm (3in) around his waist and toned up.

-Shed 9Kg (20lbs) of FAT MASS with a personalised cardio program bringing his Body Fat Percentage down from 31% to 19%

-Improved Cardio-Vascular ability.

-Decresed his resting heart rate from 68 to 66 Beat Per Minute.

-Decresed his Blood pressure

from 125-75 to 110-70 (mmHg).

Ben looks better and feels great!

-Gained 7cm (3in) around his arms by working on biceps and triceps.

- Ben is one inch taller! Yes! By prescribing speficic back exercises, Ben's new improved spinal posture now allows him to stands straight with his head high!

-Gained 10cm (almost 4in) around his chest giving him the V shape he always wanted.

-Improved confidence and well-being.

-Built up strength and improved lifting performance on the bench press from 42.5Kg (6st, 9lbs) to 70Kg (11st, 1lb)

-Built core strength and went from 17 to 30 sit ups in one minute.

-Gained 4Kg (9 lbs) of LEAN MUSCLE.
